Jenni Dawes is a strategy consultant, writer and executive advisor, offering a bridge between the creative and corporate realms.
An Australian based in Paris by way of New York, Jenni has worked across four continents, her expertise in brand strategy, storytelling and stakeholder engagement pivotal to collaborations with TEDWomen, THINK Global School and the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, and a host of philanthropic initiatives.
Previously Head of Strategy & Creative at noformat, she now advises select clients and is a Seed Consultant for Stanford Graduate School of Business.
A specialist in embodied intelligence, Jenni has crafted event activations and employee programs for the likes of Spotify, Airbnb and Google’s design incubator, drawing from multidisciplinary studies that span meditation, Meisner acting and mindful leadership. She’s spoken at company summits (Ralph Lauren, Viacom, Palantir), conferences (TEDActive, Worktech, Waves of Change) and delivered over 200 corporate wellbeing sessions.
Passionate about facilitating deep connection, she founded Creative Monastery to offer events focused on intellectual stimulation, authentic community and artistic delight, with formats ranging from private dinners in Paris to workshops in Tbilisi, and retreats from Bali to Mont Blanc.
